Songs

We discuss event details with our Customers, make sure that we know what they want for their Guests, and tailor our presentation accordingly (including loading and set up arrangements). Unless we are asked to play certain songs, in a certain order, we do not play from a “set list”, but move from song to song, depending on how the audience is responding with very little time in between. When people are up and dancing, having a good time, maybe doing the “congo line”, or “a circle dance” we extend the songs. We know hundreds of songs, including lots of jazz standards and specialty songs, like “The Tarantella” or “Hava Nagila”. Of course, we do specialty dances, like “father-daughter”, take requests, and also will learn songs, per request. We have a full public address system, and can do announcements and serve as “Master of Ceremonies”. The PA is available for speeches and announcements, background music of the Customer’s choosing during breaks and we’re happy to play “walk up” back ground music for same (whichadds some pizzazz). We are very flexible in terms of set lengths and “go with the flow”. In short, we do everything we can to make sure we are on the same page with our Customers and their Guests.
